Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to users of our websites, contact APIs, and any cloud services we operate. Violations may result in blocked access or termination of services.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not use our systems to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit malware, spam, or phishing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access or probe vulnerabilities without written permission
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Process personal data unlawfully or without required notices and consents
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Overload infrastructure (DDoS, abusive scraping)
2. Contact form & communications
Automated submissions, honeypot bypass attempts, and misleading enquiry content are prohibited. We may rate-limit or block sources that abuse contact endpoints.
3. Customer-operated deployments
Clients deploying Parkadda or related systems are responsible for lawful use of ANPR and surveillance features, signage, and data retention in their jurisdiction. We provide technology; operators define lawful purposes.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement, and suspend access without prior notice where necessary to protect users and infrastructure.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@parkadda.com with relevant logs, URLs, and timestamps.
