Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid services from Multiplexer Solution Pvt Ltd. Specific contracts, invoices, and government tenders may override these general terms where they explicitly differ.
1. Scope
Applies to:
- Software development, licensing, and maintenance contracts
- Parkadda / smart parking subscriptions, AMCs, and implementation fees
- Training, customisation, and professional services
Does not apply to parking fees collected by third-party operators (municipalities, malls, societies) at their sites—those are governed by the operator’s policies.
2. Quotes & orders
Commercial terms—including deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules—are defined in quotations, purchase orders, and signed agreements. Verbal commitments are not binding until documented in writing.
3. Cancellation before delivery
- Within 7 days of advance payment (if no work has started): full refund of unused advance minus payment gateway/bank charges, if any.
- After work has commenced: fees for completed milestones, consumed licences, and non-refundable third-party costs (hardware ordered, cloud resources, subcontractor fees) are deducted from any refund.
- Custom development: cancellation after specification sign-off may incur charges up to 50% of remaining contract value depending on stage, as stated in the SOW.
4. Subscriptions & AMC
Annual maintenance or SaaS-style subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may disable auto-renewal before the next cycle by notifying support@parkadda.com at least 15 days prior to renewal.
5. Hardware & on-site work
Hardware (cameras, barriers, sensors) follows supplier warranty terms. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply. On-site visits already completed are non-refundable.
6. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–21 business days. GST invoices will be adjusted per applicable tax rules.
To request a refund or cancellation review, email support@parkadda.com with invoice number, agreement reference, and reason.
7. Disputes
We aim to resolve billing disputes amicably. Unresolved matters are subject to the dispute resolution clause in your master agreement or, if none, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
